Delete your Plennar account

On Plennar, you can request account deletion directly from the app in a simple and secure way.

How to delete your account

  1. Open the Plennar app and sign in to your account.
  2. Go to "Profile".
  3. Open "Account settings".
  4. Select "Delete account".
  5. Enter your password and confirm the request.

What happens to your data

After confirmation, your account and associated data are deleted or anonymized, except for data we must retain for legal, tax, security, fraud prevention, or rights protection purposes.

Deletion timeframe

Your request is processed within 30 days from confirmation, unless additional time is required by law or for technical and security reasons.

If you cannot access the app and want to request deletion of your account, you can contact us at support@plennar.com.
